In Excelsior nestled among trees lies a small lake called Lake Ann and on its shores a yellow house with 3 rental rooms one is Prince Simon. 300 feet lakeshore, park-like setting surrounded by lake, quiet neighborhood with lots of green trees. Close by neighborhood elegant Restaurants, Boating, Beaches. The house is comfortable well equipped, use the kitchen or paddle on the little Lake Mary with canoe. We have organic lawn without any pesticides. In-house Massage is available at your request. Feels like up north surrounded by nature views and sounds. Country mixed with artistic vibe. The main bedroom: Prince Simon, has a Queen size bed, table and 2 chairs, shared packing space and a full private bathroom. Every room has beautiful lake view. Sauna, floating dock, small boat Living room, kitchen, washer, dryer are common with other guests. Your Private Bathroom is only yours.
