Looking for a secluded quiet stay on a wooded hillside location-this the place to come and relax! This cabin is on 1/2+ acre and a easy walk to the Mississippi River water front! Rustic interior, newer bathroom and kitchen it is cozy and comfortable within walking distance to all of sunny Savanna’s Main Street activities. There is a large side deck with a picnic table and private screen porch for enjoying the outside. Seasonal optional boat ride on the Mississippi River with host. Quiet low traffic street, new 32' TV with DVD player, under cabinet blue tooth CD player. Additional boat/trailer parking (5 min walk from the house, off street & 1 block from the river) on host's property. Entire main floor of house, basement area has utilities, unfinished and no reason to access for guest. Smoking permitted on the screened porch & open deck only. Ash tray provided. No smoking inside the residence. Always available by phone/text and lives in the neighborhood for any questions and issues. The neighborhood is generally quiet with very few cars or people passing by Hillside 702 with 2 blocks to the main Street activities, a convenience gas station, Ice Cream Shoppe and a bar with video games. The trains are required to blow their horns as they go through town. Ear plugs are provided for your convenience. There's off street parking area for cars or motorcycles just to the right of the main steps to the cabin. Additional boat/trailer parking (5 min walk from the house, off street & 1 block from the river) on host's property.
