Suite: Relax in our country side home. Private Lower Area of our home. Tall wooden ceilings, large bedrooms and comfy wilderness living. The Suite is in our lower level; we live upstairs and rent out an upstairs guestroom. Your space is private! Our guest LOVE the space and location. Suite: Country Home close to Turtle Creek casino, Flintfield Horse Park, Mt. Holiday Ski area, many lakes for fishing and swimming, state land for hunting, trail rides and hiking, beaches, and beautiful Traverse City and Elk Rapids. PLEASE NOTE: Your space is in the lower level of our home, you do not get the entire house yet the 1,000 square feet of the lower level is all yours. There is potential for noise as we have 2 small children. Anyone with children would understand the challenge. There is a door separating the upstairs and downstairs. Due to living in the country and only having access to satellite WiFi there is the possibility of interruption. In the event we lose power we have a generator. The joys of country living! There is a beautiful country feeling with wood ceilings and wildlife not only outside but inside! Don't worry, the inside wildlife just "hangs around"! Outside of the sliding door is a seating area with propane fireplace(upon request) Included is a toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker with plates, bowls and glassware. Come, Relax or Play, you are Welcome Guest will enter through the lower level. Follow the pathway to the backyard then down the stairs to the sliding door that will be unlocked. Guest are able to contact me via cell phone at any time. Why stay in a small, busy, expensive hotel when you can stay in a roomy area with a quiet nature setting that is close to so much! Our area offers Lyft and Uber yet it may take some time! Once in Traverse City the BATA bus is readily available. Our children are young and full of energy. We will do our best to keep them quiet yet with the hardwood floors upstairs I cannot guarantee it to be absolutely quiet.
