Over 1600 square feet of lavishly renovated space where the local builder has taken great care to retain the innate charm of Old Town Winchester. Open and airy, uncluttered and refined-- those who want to be pampered a bit and like a clean and rich feel will find Cameron Charmer does not disappoint. PLEASE NOTE: All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/ 4th of July /Memorial and Labor Day holidays will include an additional $100 fee. This fee will be requested prior to guests arrival. Please note: Stays over 3 weeks will incur an additional double cleaning fee. Guests have access to the entire home. Owners live locally, as does their professional and experienced Co-Host, Michele. Guests may reach out to Michele via text or cell phone should they have any questions or needs during their stay. The neighborhood is up and coming, some of the houses have been renovated and some have not. The owners are petitioning the city to approve a mural to be painted across the street and are optimistic that they and their fellow renovators on the block are igniting continued aesthetic restoration throughout Old Town Winchester. There is free off- street parking for two cars in the driveway to the left of the house. In addition, Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. This home has been lovingly renovated- please treat accordingly. We ask that you leave it as you found it when you go.
