If you’re looking for a quiet Catskill's home away from home, in an excellent location, you came to the right place. This rare 22' camper is an original 1975 edition, a cute, clean, classic, fitted with all the comforts of home. Nestled under the pines, you'll overlook a sunny 2 acre meadow, surrounded by shade trees. Our rental season is April 1st - November 1st, (then camper needs to be winterized). So you’ll get to enjoy the best of most seasons. This is an original vintage airstream, with thoughtful upgrades throughout. The fun ‘70s decor invigorates the sleek modern design. Nestled under shady pines overlooking a well maintained meadow. There is a seasonal stream that runs on both sides of the property, that is most active in the spring. This private camper is outfitted with comfortable bed & linens, coffee maker, (with coffee &tea), toaster oven, microwave, 3 burner stove and oven, dishes, refrigerator, iron/ ironing board, compact shower, bathroom, hairdryer...even a radio with (blast from the past- cassettes!) Plenty of outside space to enjoy, picnic table, grill, fire pit, small seasonal stream, screened-in tent room to hang out in. Off road parking. Excellent location between Woodstock and Phoenicia in the hamlet of Boiceville, not far off Route 28. Perfectly situated among many popular wedding venues, this is an ideal space to relax and wind down for busy wedding guests. Or for outdoor lovers who want to enjoy the scenic Catskills for hiking, swimming holes, rail trails, or biking all close by or just chill by the fire pit and look at the stars. The Foxfire Mountain House, Mt. Tremper Arts, the Pines, Onteora Mountain House, and the Emerson Wedding venues are all within 5 minutes of the airstream. You'll have your own off-street parking and full use of the private meadow, with access to small seasonal stream. There is a variety of in-door and lawn games at your disposal. (Croquet, bean bag game, and daisy ring toss.) There is a hammock, picnic table, fire pit and grill, as well as a screened-in tent room with table and chairs. Hosts are readily available by text or phone from 8am to 10pm, and happy to help you enjoy your stay! If you have any questions or needs, please let us know. We are available for emergencies 24/7. We are located right off Route 28 (between Woodstock & Phonecia) the main gateway in and out of the Catskills from NYC. Great for a quick and serene getaway. While we are seated in the heart of the Ashokan Reservoir mountains, 2 minutes down the hill are a full grocery store, pharmacy, wine shop, gas station, post office and Chinese take out. There are tons of beautiful attractions close by. The Belleayre Beach in Pine Hill as well as Woodstock Brewing company in Phoenicia are close by. We have private off-road parking for your vehicle. There's a gas station, grocery store, pharmacy, Chinese take out, and the original 'Bread Alone Bakery' 2 mins down the hill. As with any natural outdoor space in the north east, please be aware of checking your selves regularly for ticks. We provide spray for insects, as well as incense for out-door use. Wear light colored clothing, tuck pants inside socks, use spray from your knees down.
