Main family area with TV. Luxury kitchen. Peaceful shaded patios in fenced yard. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTYING HERE!!! This is a quiet family neighborhood. The peacefulness is the hallmark of this place; HOA president lives next door and will not hesitate to call the authorities for any partying. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND OR OF ANY SUBSTANCE! Highly allergic and asthmatic owners. You are welcome to the whole property. We have left our personal belongings there, but feel free to use any space for your stuff not already occupied with our garb. Available by phone or text. Close to downtown eateries, grocery store, bus stop to neighboring towns. Neighbors are great and welcoming but expect quiet and respectful presence. Home backs to BLM land for hiking right out the front door. 20 minutes to Glenwood Springs and the hot springs/amusement park, and skiing.
