Located in the Guard Hill estate area, Barrett's Sanctuary is on the Bedford Riding Lanes, and the surrounding dirt roads are enjoyed by walkers and horseback riders. The cottage doubles as a pool house, with access to a large pool, lounge chairs, barbeque, and patio with shaded dining area. Ideally located minutes from the Bedford Hills Metro-North station (60 minutes to Grand Central Terminal in midtown Manhattan), 684, the Saw Mill River Parkway, and Route 22.
