Closer to arrival, you will receive the combination for a lock box so you can retrieve your keys and you check yourself in and check yourself out anytime within the rental period. Calistoga is a charming, small town at the North end of the Napa Valley known for its cool wines, warm welcomes, and hot springs, all of which will be easy and convenient for you to experience as the property is an easy and flat two block walk from the hustle and bustle of Lincoln Avenue (the main street). Calistoga is easily enjoyed on foot, by bicycle, or by car. Don't want to worry about driving in Wine Country? Take advantage of the complimentary Calistoga Shuttle for on-demand transportation from the property to local attractions. We are a licensed by the City of Calistoga as an overnight lodging location and are therefore required to collect 15% Occupancy Tax on the nightly rate. We will use the Airbnb Resolution Center to collect the tax after you confirm your reservation. Tax must be paid in full prior to arrival. The guests in bedroom 4 (the trundle bedroom in the Lavender Suite) have two options for a bathroom. The first option is to walk through bedroom 3 (the Lavender Suite Queen bedroom). The second option is to walk through bedroom 2 (the Palm Suite Queen&sofa bed bedroom). Please see the property layout in the picture slideshow for a visual representation. Bedroom 4 and bedroom 6 each have twin trundle beds which can be arranged as: 1 single bed, 2 single beds, or 1 large bed (~a King bed). For bedrooms 5 and 6, the bathroom is situated between the two sleeping areas, partially open to bedroom 6. A shoji screen is provided for additional privacy. Each bedroom has a private door to exit. The additional beds noted in the bedding breakdown are 1) a rollaway bed which can be set-up upon request, prior to arrival, in the Garden Room and 2) a pull-out double sofa bed in the living room of the Cottage Suite. The pool is not heated. Please note that we are unable to accommodate arrivals or departures on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. You are more than welcome to book a stay that includes these holidays, but we can not accommodate check-in or check-out on these holidays. Sometimes exceptions can be arranged, please inquire if interested. Maximum occupancy: 23 guests, recommended for up to 18. Nightly rate is for up to 12 guests. Additional guests ages 2 and older are $50 + tax per night, per guest. Extra guest fees must be paid in full, prior to arrival.
