Enjoy this cozy, 800 sq ft in-law apartment all to yourself. Suite includes everything you need - Eat in kitchen, Living room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The house is located minutes off the highway making it easy to get to Providence, Boston, Newport. Also within 15 minutes of Gillette stadium and Infinity Center. Host lives upstairs. Guests will have their own entrance to front and back yard. The yard is completely fenced in to allow your dog to have a safe place to play. Guests must be able to climb stairs to be able to get in and out of the house. The entrance is down a set of stairs. Guests will have full access to their own kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms. I occupy the upstairs. I am happy to help with anything needed, whether there is a specific amenity or if you just need a good recommendation for dinner. Feel free to reach out anytime. Dead end street located 1.5 miles from highway to boston and providence. Several good restaurants located nearby and grocery store down the street. Attleboro has T access located downtown. During this difficult time, I would like to assure all my guests that the suite is disinfected prior to cleaning and after cleaning. All knobs, switches, and other germ prone areas are all disinfected. Self check-in is available and preferred to promote proper social distancing and limit exposure.
