This space is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with laundry, kitchen, dining room and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. Kitchen and Dining Room on main floor. We are located on 9 acres just inside the city limits of Cedar Falls. Just 1 1/2 miles west of the University of Northern Iowa Campus. We are located 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and more! There are 3 separate bedrooms upstairs, they each include two twin beds with a closet. Living room has a daybed with a trundle, recliner, cable TV and DVD player. The upstairs also has an upper balcony overlooking the property. Both bathrooms are located upstairs as well. One includes a tub/shower, toilet and sink. The second includes a stand up shower, toilet, sink, and washer/dryer. On the lower level, there is a fully furnished kitchen and dining room table. The front door has a coded lock and there is plenty of parking space. I am available by phone, text or email. I live in house attached to the Airbnb space. We are surrounded by acreages so there is a lot of privacy. There would be no public transportation near. You are able to get an uber or taxi though. We have a third acre pond with lots of fish! There is also a putting green island. We have floating golf balls available.
