One of the most centrally located towns in Florida. 30 minutes from Busch Gardens, 1 hour to Disney, 20 minutes to Tampa Premium Outlets, 1 hour to Gulf Beaches, but with small town charm. Traveling with a large group, check out our other listings, on this same property, you could be neighbors! We have six units total. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Rent for the weekend or check out our extended stay rates! This townhome is on a private street, minutes from downtown Zephyrhills. We have five more units, very similar to this one on the same street. If this unit is not available for the dates that you need, please check out our other listings. All listings are two bedrooms, but some have one or two fold-out couches to accommodate more guests. The house is occupied by only you during your stay. You will not see us, unless you need us! We do live locally and we will be available for any concerns, but you will not see us, unless you need assistance. Townhome is on a small private street. The only homes with access to the street are the other five AirBnBs that we manage. You have access to the single car garage and additional on-site overflow parking. A car or ride share service is definitely needed to get around. If you are traveling with children, please include their ages so we can add some fun additions for them or age appropriate accommodations, such as port-a-crib or counter top high chair. There are two chairs in the garage to pull out and lounge and enjoy the Florida weather!
