Keeler Cottage

Lovely two bedroom cottage with 3 cast iron fire places. Main sitting room has high ceilings, decorated with antique furniture. One of the bedrooms has French doors that lead out to a sweet stone patio. The cottage is located on North Salem's idyllic Keeler Lane. Walking distance to a 1000 acre Park and Conservation Land. Please note: week-end two night minimum. We also have another Airbnb on our farm listed as Converted Barn House. Check-it out! Also super for a comfortable and sweet lovely stay in the country :) North Salem is an incredibly beautiful town. Our road is one of the most scenic. We can not see our neighbors from our farm. Located 7.7 miles away from NYC's MetroNorth's Purdy's train station on the Harlem Line. Photo shoots are ABSOLUTELY prohibited without written consent from the Host. We pride ourselves on providing absolute privacy to our guest and to our neighbors, kindly respect. Week-end two night minimum year round. Holidays- Two night minimum. Two night minimum stays during between Memorial Day week-end and Labor Day week-end. Some exceptions are posible and/or if only one night is available, then the two night minimum does not apply :) We do not charge a cleaning fee except for stays over 7 days, then a $120 cleaning fee will be requested. We kindly ask our guests to leave the cottage as neat and tidy as possible. A $120 cleaning fee will be assessed if the cottage is left in an unacceptable state. Guests who wish to stay and are either new to Airbnb and/or have no references (reviews) will be asked for put down a Security Deposit equivalent to one night stay. Security Deposits will be returned immediately at check-out right after a quick inspection. Gracias!
