Please walk only ( right out of driveway) up road back to South Mt Pass to access hiking and walks. Please do not go left out of driveway to dead end of Coppermine. Never go onto other's properties. Neighbors not visible. Hiking trails nearby. It is necessary to have at least one car. 9 mins from Garrison train station if you need to be picked up. One easy, direct hour drive from NYC..GW Bridge to Palisades Pkwy to Bear Mt Bridge..House is 6mins up from the beginning of Bear Mt Bdg toll. 15 min to Cold Spring, 25 min to Beacon: DIA, galleries, farm to table restaurants. **All inquiries are welcome, but less than a 3 night booking incurs a $500 surcharge. **West Point graduation week has a minimum of One Week for booking. **August has One Week minimum for booking. **$100 per person per night over 6 guests. The house can handle 8 with prior approval. **$200 per person per night for unregistered overnight guests. **$35 per person surcharge with prior approval up to 6 guests (over booked guests) invited for quiet luncheon or dinner. **Pets that are well trained are welcome with advance notice and approval. **Pet guests incur a one-time $200 fee for one pet, then $50 per pet. **Guests are responsible for the removal of all pet hair or other indications of the pet's stay at Coppermine House. If this request is not respected there will be an additional cleaning charge of $400.00. **Any cigarette butt found within the 5-acre radius of the property will incur a $50. charge each. **Firewood: 6 logs gratis, then a surcharge will be incured.
