Cozy two bedroom home

You’ll be impressed by this well laid out cozy little home. Both bedrooms have a very comfortable queen mattress and a large comfortable couch in the living room. This home is situated in the heart of Tiverton in between Kincardine and Port Elgin. Just a few minutes to access local beaches and two provincial parks (Inverhuron & McGregor). There’s also many trails for walking/hiking, atv’s and snowmobile trails in the winter! You will have full unshared access to the entire house including laundry facilities if needed. There is a large yard tucked away at the back of 3 acres with a fire pit for a cozy night time fire. The yard is surrounded by trees with an old 1800’s barn to the south, open fields to the east, the house facing west and on the north side there is fenced in neighbouring property that’s just an open field. I live next door and I’m often home, but if I’m not you can expect me to be fully available by phone if you call or text. In special cases I can have a co-host available otherwise. Just 4 km west from my place you’ll find Lake Huron. There’s multiple public entrance points where you can grab your beach chairs and coolers and relax in white sand and Chrystal clear waters. There are so many trails for walking and/or hiking. If you’re someone who’s up with their ATV’s there are also lots of trails in the area for that as well! In the winter time there are also snowmobile trails, and cross skiing trails along with skating trails that get iced over in the winter at mcGregor provincial park! As a guest, you can expect that cleaning protocols are strict! The mattresses are covered with a mattress protector, And as an extra measure in response to COVID-19, I no longer provide any sort of bedding, linen or towels. I have found that most guest actually prefer to bring they’re own to take their own extra precautions to reduce the footprint within the home. During the winter time the house is heated by baseboard heaters. Each room has its own digital thermostat and you may put the heat in the desired room to the temperature you would prefer during your stay. Please put the setting back at 18 degrees Celsius once you’ve completed your stay. There is ample parking ( the driveway is to the left of the home) The drive way will easily accommodate two large vehicles and there is also street parking if necessary.
