Villa 101 cottage/ studio is set in a park like setting with NO Neighbors! perfect for social distancing. A great place for families, couples and singles. A stroll across the street and you are at the dam and Big Rocks park. You can sit on the patio and enjoy view of Paluxy river, or have a picnic sitting under the shady Live oak tree, walk to dam to fish for trout while your kids enjoy Big Rocks park. Stroll down river walk to historic town square to shop and get a bite to eat. The location with the level of privacy and quiet for guests is RARE. Gives guests a chance to unplug and spend quality time with family and friends without distractions. The cottage is ideal for family's, couples, single guests Queen bed, set of adult/child bunk beds. futon bed, pack and go for baby, plus blow up air mattress. Complementary coffee bar along with some easy breakfast items. Park style BBQ Grill convenient for family fun! All of the house and yard is for guests. 3 car driveway. NO parking on the street. Next door to Oak Dale Park, cross the street to Big Rocks Park, the river walk which will take you to the town square. Being so close to all attractions it is very quiet and private. 3 parking spaces at Villa 101 Kitchen has 8 in 1 Ninja Foodi oven, microwave, full frig, Toaster oven, NO STOVE! complimentary coffee bar, Snacks, water, breakfast bars, cereal, pancake in a cup. Kitchen alcove has a set of adult/child bunk bed. TV area, Queen bed has its own niche. ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED! .We are animal lovers and realize pets are family. Please let us know what pups you will be bringing with you. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the house. . Pet must be crated if left in the house unattended. Please DO NOT consider bathroom animal containment, Antique door I do not want damaged. Additional fees will be charged if your pet damages furniture or house. Please clean up after pet in yard.. Pet Fee $20.00 per stay NO SMOKING or VAPING, in the house the owners are sensitive to smoke. Walk down to dam to fish. Paluxy stocked with trout. Walk across dam to river walk which will take you to town square, or walk to Big Rocks Park.
