Cozy Private Suburban Cottage

Charming cottage in the heart of Blue Ash- walk to everything! Our guest house is a completely separate home (behind another house). Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and we own a pet resort to accomodate furry friends (pets). The cottage has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom (off the bedroom) and washer and dryer in the unit. Back yard is shared with us- enjoy saying hi to our dog, chickens (just message for eggs) or bees. This 400 sq ft cottage was built in the 1930's but we have made many significant updates to the interior in late 2016. Enjoy a quiet vacation! The whole cottage. My husband Jason and I (Antoinette) live just two doors over. We love the outdoors and will most likely be enjoying our backyard- come over and say hi or join us at our fire pit. We have two boys Dax (9) and Mac (7) who enjoy meeting and playing with other kids if you are bringing any along on your travels. We live in a wonderful small community that is still close to the major interstates. We have 2 parks within a mile and another 2 parks within 2 miles. We have several restaurants, bars, Pipkin's Grocery (veggies/fruits, small selection of meats), Walgreens/CVS within a few blocks to a mile. We also have two Krogers' groceries within 2 miles. We love to walk and bike around our community. Driving: our location is very close to all the major expressways to get you anywhere you need to go. The express bus to downtown is only a few blocks away . Please use on-street parking- the tenants in the front house have the driveway in their lease.
