VAL'S PLACE

I own a 2 family house and living on the first floor. I've 3 bedrooms one of which is the master bedroom . Two of the rooms is where I'll be hosting my Airbnb guest. With that I must say people of all backgrounds are welcome . Rosedale is a very nice residential area and access to public transport in my area is just within reach because Bus Q111 is 2 minutes walk from me and train station is almost 8 minutes walk. I’m only almost 8-10 minutes away from JFK airport. Fee laundry is available. I Don't smoke so will prefer non smoking guest but smokers can do it outside and not inside the house. Guest of all backgrounds and religion are accepted. Wouldn't mind my guest calling me. Very quite and nice neighborhood very close to the Greenacres mall where u can have access to nice restaurant and big retail shops as well as the gym. Bus Q111 is within reach in 2 minutes and the train is like 8 minutes walk away. Wouldn't mind if my guest should call me. Reservations are only accepted for a minimum period of one ( 1 )week. Please nothing less than that since we all trying to stay safe and so certain measures become necessary in these difficult times . Many thanks for your understanding.
