Newly remodeled 1 Bedroom 1 Bath House on the Tar River. Tucked into a corner of a wooded lot with beautiful views down the river and Nature views as well. Never know what animal you will see each day in the yard. Only 10-15 Minutes from Greenville or Washington Gated 40 acres of Riverfront and wood. Very Peaceful get away Fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances (no dish washer) but ice maker! Beautiful views of the river from every room except bedroom which has the view of the meadow/prairie/woods. Deck with seating. Grill Full access to the home Access to the river at this time you have to come over into our yard which is perfectly fine! We do live next door but do not bother guest. If we are not home I have lots of friends & family in the area that would be available for anything that you would need We are always available by phone text or call Private Gated Wooded Riverfront Home Close to Greenville & Washington Car or Uber Boat - short ride to Washington for Lunch or Dinner We do not supply boats or kayaks but this is a waterfront property so you are welcome to bring your own. Or rent a Kayak from Knee Deep Adventures (they will deliver) We do not have boat ramp at this time. There are public ramps close by in Greenville & Washington 10 -15 minutes away by car or boat
