Lititz Carriage house

NO GATHERINGS OR EVENTS please. Private carriage house on historical farm house property. 3 miles to downtown Lititz, 5 miles from downtown Lancaster. Several restaurants and conveniences within 1 mile. Great neighborhood setting in a safe area. Large open space with a lot of natural light. NO PETS are allowed but a reputable kennel is 1/2 mile away. No events or gatherings allowed. NO TRAILERS allowed. The layout of our carriage house is a master bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed, on the second floor is another bedroom with two single beds, large living space, kitchenette (no oven or stove) and bathroom. We are available for questions by messaging through AIRBNB. - 7 miles from Spooky Nook Sports Complex - 10 miles from PA Wolf Sanctuary - 13 miles from Sight and Sound Theatre Driveway parking area for up to 3 cars. We do not allow smoking or pets in or on the premises. Also, we do not allow the property to be used as a gathering place. We live in a development and respect the neighbors. Absolutely NO trailers allowed
