Efficiency apartment connected to a house with its' own private entrance. Apartment is not wheelchair accessible. Private bathroom with shower. Kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, dishes & utensils. No range or oven. Wifi, and Smart TV. Restaurants & Wal-Mart within walking distance. 25 minute drive to downtown Minneapolis. Continental breakfast included on short stays. Free off street parking. Photo shows single bed. We have an additional mattress under the bed which can be used for an additional guest. Kitchen includes: under-counter refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, electric fry pan, toaster oven, basic cooking utensils, dishes for four, silverware, eating counter space for two people. We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. Dishes used by guests are always washed in my dishwasher and then returned to the apartment. You have a parking spot in our driveway. No worries about disturbing us; you can come and go as you please through your own private entrance. You have the option of using additional clothing space in a room that is right outside your bathroom. Can share family laundry room if needed. There is a small patio outside the private entrance to the apartment. I am a recently retired school teacher who lives here with my husband. I like being hospitable and love to travel. I have visited 5 continents. My husband and I love to socialize if guests desire that. Continental breakfast and breakfast sandwiches will be available in your apartment for short stays ( a week or less). I can communicate in American Sign Language. Well-kept suburban neighborhood near Bunker Hills Regional Park and Golf Course which has biking, walking trails, horse-back riding, and a water park. We have lots of trees which you can see outside your windows. We have a Wal-Mart and restaurants within walking distance. A YMCA is a 5 minute drive away. We have an off-street parking spot for guests in our driveway. We are 30 minutes from US Bank Stadium in downtown Minneapolis. 10 minute drive to train station to downtown Minneapolis. 15 minutes from Anoka County airport and Blaine Sports Center.
