A Place In The Sun: A hotel alternative

Welcome to A Place In The Sun. Your alternative to a pricy hotel during your stay at least a month or longer in Beaumont, Texas. We provide a single private room in an adult only living space. You share your bathroom, lounge and kitchen with other Airbnb guests. This room has a private sink and toliet. You have free wifi access, free washer and dryer use and free off-street parking. If you want TV in your room, please bring a smart TV. We ask a 30 day stay. We offer 24-hr surveillance system and security lights. We also have Tesla charger possibilities on site. Our residents rage from nurses, engineers, inspectors, teachers and graduate students. It is much like a hotel in that guests live in their rooms. We also do weekly housekeeping services for the shared areas. It's a quiet and clean place. You have access to the entire house. There is a BBQ pit outside that you can use and picnic tables. I am a professor, so I have a flexible schedule to assist you with anything you need. I do not live at the hostel but I visit daily. So if there is anything it can be easily handled. The neighborhood is right off the highway of I-10 behind the Babe Zaharis museum. It is close to Exxon and the railroad depot. You will need a car to get around. We have had student guests without a car, they used Uber to get around. Guests Rental Agreement 1.Guests agree to stay at their own risk. We are not responsible for guests or their property. 2.You agree to NO SMOKING of any substance in the unit. You agree to smoke in designated areas outside of the property. 3.Guests agree that the only allowed visitors are Authorized Visitors on the property at all times. 4. You agree to return all keys. 5. You agree to leave pets (except service animals) at home. 6. You agree that the owners are authorized to pursue compensation for negligent or willful violations of the house rules. 7. You understand you are responsible for all contents in the unit from check-in until check out. The guest will be responsible for any damage to any contents that occurs during their stay. 8. The Owners are not responsible for any personal effects of The Guest that may disappear from the suite. The Guest is responsible for insurance on all of Guest’s personal items. The Guest will be fully responsible for all damage to the suite or contents during their stay. The Guest agrees to indemnify The Owners and hold it harmless from any injury or damage resulting to The Guest, their invites, or other persons, their personal property, the suite, its contents, or the property, occurring in the suite itself or in any common areas including, but not limited to, stairways, parking lots, recreational areas, that may be used by The Guest.
