Updated 1900 Aurora Home in a quiet neighborhood

Updated house built in 1900 in the cute little antique shop filled town of Aurora Oregon. City park, restaurants and coffee shops in a short walk. Wine country within 20 minutes, and Portland is about a 25-30 minute drive. My home is a great 3 bedroom house with lots of old character and a large back yard. It has been been completely updated, and is in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. It sleeps 6-8 and is great for kids. The house has a mix of modern updates, but keeps that 1900 feel and charm. Quite neighborhood with easy walking distance to food and drink. Guests will have access to the complete house except a couple closets. I available by phone and sometimes within short notice in person. The neighbors and neighborhood are quiet and we have a mutual understanding that when the sun goes down there will be no excessive noise. Plenty of room for off-street vehicle parking. Limited public transportation access.
