Outside of the community you will be in close proximity to White Water Rafting, Horseback Riding, Water Parks, Paintball, ATVs and so much more. We will not rent our Home for HS parties, prom weekends, or anyone under the age of 25 . House has a lockbox , it will be given day before arrival . cleaning fee includes property association charges 150 you will be giving all the info and pass at the gate. and 100 fee for sheets ,towels, blankets , pillows.
