We believe traveling is the one of life's greatest gifts! We want your stay at our place to be a highlight of your trip. Our cabin house will offer comfort and quite in the heart of Des Moines. Whether it's a quick overnight stay or a weekend getaway we hope you find our home as charming as we do. We hope our home will feel like your home away from home. The space includes three bedrooms, one bathroom, an upstairs sitting area with pull out bed and a open floor plan dining and living room space. You can expect the house to be very comfortable and more modern than these photos show. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking pleasures and has a toaster, microwave and coffee abilities. The house has very large backyard which will be the perfect place to hang out with the family and have some outdoor fun. Our space has a lot of character and we hope its the perfect relaxing spot for your trip to Des Moines. This home is entirely yours. We ask that the basement be off limits as its still currently getting renovations. You will have this property to yourselves! We will be available at any time and live nearby to help in any way when needed. We love to learn about and meet the many guest who come through our doors. It is one of our greatest pleasure to meet people from around the world and hear about different cities and cultures. The house is centrally located in a quite neighborhood between the airport and downtown. it's the perfect location if you ask me. Easy to get downtown within minutes and a quick drive to catch those early morning flights. There are many restaurants within a few miles. Grey's Lake Park and hiking trails is within minutes from the house and a great place to take the family for some outside activities. The city does a great job of clearing the streets in the winter and you should be free to roam as you wish.
