Westport, named the Salmon Capital of the World, is 30 minutes away where you can enjoy salmon or bottom fishing or walk the docks and check out the shops. Beachcombing is also a popular activity. On your way back to your room, stop by the Westport Winery for wine tasting or enjoy a wonderful meal. Ocean Shores and Pacific Beach are about 45 minutes to the northwest, through Hoquiam, and also offer many attractions. Grays Harbor is also home to some of the best rivers in the state for steelhead and salmon fishing so anglers and hunters are also welcome.
