Spacious 2-Bedroom Apt on First Floor

We also wipe all the doorknobs, chairs, bathtub handles, and all faucet handles with disinfectant wipes. We provide high speed internet and Netflix. Subways, McDonald's, Wendy's, Popeye's, Liquor store, and Laurel Bowl are 3 mins walk. BU is 10 mins drive. Driveway parking and Self check-in is available. There are two bedrooms in the apt. One queen size bed and sofa bed in the master bedroom. One queen size bed and sofa bed in another bedroom. One sofa in living room. There are a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Guests will have access to the entire apartment except cleaning staff's closet. I live on the same street. I will be available when guests need me. This area is a friendly neighborhood. Me and my family lives on the same street for years. Binghamton University is 10 minutes drive. The bus stop is across the street. Recreation Park is 3 mins away walk distance. Subways, McDonalds, Wendy's, Popeyes, Liquor store, and Laurel Bowl are within 3 minutes walk. KFC, Abel's Pub, and Dunkin' Donuts are within 10 minutes walk. WELCOME TO JOEY’S AIRBNB. Please avoid the corner with no parking signs. - Please put wet umbrella(s) in the umbrella stand. There is an umbrella ready for you, please return after use. Missing umbrella will result a charged of $15. - Please do NOT drag or slide luggage on the carpet. - Checkin is 3pm and Checkout is 11:00am. Please ask us if you need to request an early checkin or late checkout at least one day prior to your checkin/checkout date. - Coffee and snacks are provided for you to enjoy for free. - First aid kit is in the basket on the wood closet.
