Newly remodeled with a king size bed and full sized convertible sofa for additional guests or children. Equipped with dining room which includes a basic hotel style kitchenette as well as a full bathroom. You'll have the entire upstairs of the house to yourself with a private entrance. This is the perfect accommodation for your visit! Off-street private parking behind the house. You'll walk around to the front of the house and enter through the front door using the provided entry code. There is one flight of stairs to get to the second floor suite. Fully furnished with basic amenities. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig available for use. A roku TV, DVD player, and wifi are provided. My husband and I live downstairs. I work from home. You may see us out in the yard with the dog. We're happy to answer any questions you may have about the area or the space.
