High quality 400 sq ft carriage house loft with full bath & private entrance - luxurious king-sized bed, Bonavita coffee maker, and handy microwave and refrig. Located just 4 miles south of hip and historic downtown Hillsborough in a rural, wooded country setting. Close access to Duke, UNC Chapel Hill, and Elon University is 27 miles west on I40. Due to the Coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Guests will be greeted with fresh cut flowers and a small welcome basket. The bath area can be more private with the curtains that are shown in the room photos. Interaction is limited, but host is available by Airbnb text or phone for anything you may need. We are located on a spacious, quiet wooded, private countryside property close to Downtown Hillsborough, Saxapahaw, UNC Chapel Hill, Duke University in Durham, Elon University, Mebane, Burlington! You will need a car to get into nearby towns. You can ride your bike or walk in the neighborhood. We have two friendly labradoodles and one younger black golden doodle who will stay in our gated yard when you visit. The cold water from the sink faucet is filtered by a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Drinking Water System. Enjoy our clear, sparkling purified water which is especially good for making tea or coffee and is refreshing to drink!
