Our over 3000 sq ft Century home welcomes all guests, be it for a night, a week, a month or longer, we hope you enjoy our home and the beautiful area in which we live. Whether you are visiting YSU, Mill Creek Park, local wineries, Stanbaugh Auditorium, the Covelli Center or the many museums and historical sites that Mahoning County has to offer, at the end of your day you will have a comfortable place to call home. This 104 year old home is being restored to its former glory, slowly but surely. Large rooms, beautiful woodwork, high ceilings and the luxury of yesteryear join forces with today's comforts. You may see some cracks in the ceilings or walls, hear a squeak on the stairs or creaks in the floors. The house has character, a story to tell. Come experience the history! Guests have access to living and dining area on 1st floor, a hospitality room on the 2nd floor and 2nd floor bathroom, in addition to booked room. A front porch glider and swing are a nice place to relax in good weather.
