Two queen bedrooms are situated perfectly for privacy and the large sitting area makes for a cozy place for winding down and includes a comfy sofa to accommodate an extra guest. A fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer ensure you have everything you need. Close to Downtown (10-min drive) with ample street parking, and a large private deck provides the perfect place to unwind. Virginia Suites has two spacious bedrooms share one bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The comfortable living room is the perfect place to plan your Portland adventures or lounge in front of the TV with Roku. The dining room is set with seating for 4 and is perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or playing board games! The spacious and well-equipped kitchen includes a four-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Guests will have access to the entire main floor of my home including two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The lower portion of the house is rented by long-term tenants and is off-limits. I live upstairs so you might hear me moving around sometimes. I live upstairs and you might see me around. John's Landing is a vibrant community of primarily residential homes nestled in between major arterial roads with restaurants, bars and shops. Located near the Willamette River, you'll enjoy a beautiful, paved walking trail connecting the area with downtown along the river -- perfect for walking, biking or running. Oh yeah, and Zupan's, an amazing grocery store, is just around the corner. Easy, unrestricted street parking makes this a great location for people with cars but the #43 bus to downtown will have you there in about 25 minutes. Bike rental with Biketown and a ton of E-scooter options plus Lyft and Getaround make touring the city super easy! No driveway parking available but it's easy to find unrestricted street parking nearby. Cannabis friendly (on the porch only). I try to be as accommodating as possible to all.
