On the Hudson River between Saratoga/Lake George

The home is a cozy old school cabin, originally built as a summer camp. We’re right on the Hudson River and in between Lake George and Saratoga race track. The house has 2 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6. However, there is plenty of room for an inflatable bed or sleeping bags for another 2-4 people. The yard is large and has plenty of room for tents for the kids or campers. Please note: Around late September we take our pontoon boat out of the river and it will be parked on the property. Feel free to use the fire pit in the back lot next to the flag pole. We also have a second fire pit to left of house by Adirondack chairs. Relax on our dock on the water. Our street is great for walks but you can also use the bikes in shed 3. We have rafts, kayaks, scooters for your use. There are lots of hiking trails and places to visit by land or water. Please be sure to bring sheets, pillow cases and towels. These are not provided. We generally leave the side door open prior to arrival. The keys will be hanging up in the small brown box on side of house by the kitchen door. When leaving, leave the keys inside this box and lock the front and back door only. Please be sure anything you turned on you turn off...air conditioners, heat, lights. The cabin, back lot and dock are for your enjoyment. Please keep out of the sheds 2 & 4, which houses possibly dangerous lawn and maintenance equipment. Best on text to cell phones. (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) We are in between Lake George and the Saratoga Race Track. Our home is water front on the Hudson River. All of our neighbors are friendly and helpful if you have any questions about the property or traveling into town. Best way to get around is by car or Uber to restaurants in the evening. Our family has been known to bring all that we need so that we don’t even leave the river. You can lounge on the power boats but can’t take them out. You are free to bring a watercraft up to 24’. There is a boat launch on the other side of the river. Rentals are also available in town or towards Lake George.
