The street is very quiet despite being located just off Broad Street. There is a large lovely city park (Marconi Park) almost adjacent to the house. Walk to the Broad Street Subway stop at Oregon Avenue in three minutes (one block away). From there you can get to City Hall in just a few minutes on the subway or do a free underground interchange with the Market Street line to head to University City area or Northeast Philly.
