Entire upstairs of the house is yours! Clean, quiet, private entrance. Includes 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds, full bath, private living area with kitchenette ( mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave) and private outside space. Mountain views. 5 min drive to Sun Valley airport, 20 min drive to Ketchum, 25 min. to Sun Valley Resort. [We live downstairs in a separate unit]. Perfect base to experience world-renowned skiing, hiking, biking, and fishing around the Wood River Valley / Sun Valley. The private unit of our entire upstairs is yours! (Private entrance and outside space). Clean, cozy, two bedrooms each with queen beds, and a single private full bathroom with shower/tub. Your private living area is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee pot, and microwave. The private living area has a comfy couch, great WiFi, and Tv with AppleTv for relaxing after a day of exploring the valley. The washer and dryer located in the downstairs of your private unit available for use. Note: for 1-week or longer stays, we will need to access the washer/dryer unit located in the downstairs of unit, will communicate on access. Hiking, biking, and trail system [toe of the hill] literally 15 feet from the backyard. Short 20 min drive to Ketchum, 25 minutes to Sun Valley, and 20 min to Silver Creek Preserve. Perfect base while exploring our wonderful valley. Plenty of parking available next to the house (garage and driveway is reserved for the owner only). Great WiFi in the unit. Whole upstairs of home, access is located behind the garage. Park to the right hand side of 3rd garage bay in the dirt/gravel area, (driveway is for owners only.) Enough parking for 2 vehicles 3 if approved. Walk behind garage to access private Airbnb entry. Laundry room is the only shared space in the unit. I work Monday through Friday 9-5 and am usually available to answer any questions. I'm very active fly fishing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and enjoying the areas activities on the weekends. Interactions with guests will be minimal, but I do live downstairs and share the laundry room and will most likely be available if needed. Escape the hustle and bustle of Sun Valley or Ketchum while being centrally located in the Wood River Valley. 5 minutes from the airport. Hiking/Biking trail literally a few feet away. House backs up against BLM land, no neighbors to the back or south side of house. Quiet neighborhood located in the Woodside subdivision of Hailey. Local bus system that goes up and down the valley, with a stop a few blocks away. Short drive away from world class skiing, fishing, hiking and biking destinations like Sun Valley, Sawtooth National Forest, Silver Creek and the Big Wood River. Located in Hailey, short walk to public parks and 2 min walk to bus stop taking you to Ketchum / Sun Valley area. Toe of the Hill trail located behind our property for easy access to hiking/biking. Sun Valley Resort and Ketchum are a short 20 min drive away. Airport is also 5 mins away. Big wood river, Silver Creek Preserve and a lot of other great fishing areas only a short drive away. This is a private unit with a private entrance. We do live downstairs in a separate unit. For stays longer than 1 week, we will need to share laundry facilities [located in the downstairs of your private entrance]. Will notify on times of shared laundry as needed if longer than 1-week stay. Please note the unit does not have a full kitchen; it does have a microwave, coffee pot, mini-fridge, and the bathroom sink. Thanks!
