Private room #4 w/fridge (richmond,katy,sugarland)

My wife and I just bought the house. We are the first owner. The house is 5 bedrooms (but we are only renting out 3 bedrooms), 2-storey with a huge backyard. The house have outdoor cameras, 2 cameras indoor (public areas such as living room downstairs, and gameroom upstairs) for our safety. We will give you the privacy you need and we will provide a temporary pin to our door, so you don’t even need to wait for us during check-in. The H Urban Retreat has 3 bedrooms available for rental. The price listed per listing is the price per room. One bedroom can have up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 kid. We also have extra air bed if needed. There's one full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs. Kitchen and parking are also shared between guest and with my family. You can contact me via airbnb, text, or you can ask me in person as well. We have a medium size dog! It is in the listing and photo, but i just want to repeat it here to make sure you know what to expect. He is a pomsky (Pomeranian- husky mixed), he barks when first time meeting guest(s), but he is a sweet dog and he doesn’t make a lot of noises. He is potty trained and trained not to go upstairs, unless someone calls him to go there.
