This adorable and comfortable, two bedroom, 2 bathroom town home in the Meadows neighborhood (sleeps 6 with the addition of a brand new sleeper sofa) may be the perfect vacation spot for you, your family, your golf group and your puppy. The entire town home plus the lovely outdoor patio and fenced yard will be for your use. There is a Carport that is covered and an additional numbered parking spot for your use. Guests who reserve with us (Plumas Pines Vacation Homes) will have access to our pool. The pool is located approximately 3 miles from Graeagle Meadows in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. We are a Vacation Rental management company that is open 7 days a week. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests and texts is: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season to answer any questions you may have! Easily walk to downtown Graeagle, visit the mill pond, or experience all that Graeagle has to offer including shops, restaurants, horseback riding, hiking, biking, wine tasting and so much more. Of course, a must, is a visit the quaint but World Famous Graeagle Grocery Store. Enjoy all the refinements of Graeagle while staying in this Graeagle Meadows Vacation Home. There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance. You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.There is a 3 night minimum stay, for holidays.  4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year.
