Take a short walk to historic downtown Martinsburg and enjoy amazing dining and antiquing. Stroll across the street and visit fabulous War Memorial Park! Walking Trails, Tennis Courts, Putt Putt Golf. Fun! Perfect for 2 and newly renovated, we are a one of a kind place! Vaulted ceiling, private library, dinette, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, plates, cups, & utensils, and luxury bathroom. Tastefully appointed with antiques and contemporary furniture. Complimentary Beer and bottled water.. You will have access to The Backyard Bungalow and it's own private entrance by following the marked gate in the driveway. The patio, and grill are common areas shared by guests of The Sweet Cape Cod, The Artist Loft, and The Backyard Bungalow. We live nearby and will be available at any time during your stay. The quality of your experience is very important to us! Our neighborhood is very special. Lot's of walkers, joggers, and sightseers are always around. Strollers, puppies on leashes, and kids on bikes are a common sight. Explore local museums and learn about our rich history! Dinner and drinks at Boyds Steakhouse is always fun. During the summer enjoy live music at the park across the street and downtown on the square. Make Martinsburg a destination! The Marc train can be picked up in downtown Martinsburg. Ride into the Washington DC for the day and enjoy our National Capital. We especially love all the free museums and festivals. There is Taxi, Uber, and Lyft available to get around town if needed. Martinsburg and the surrounding area hosts many festivals throughout the year. There are always fun things to do and see in our town.
