Our place is centrally located in Martinsville, Virginia. This guest suite is completely private, has its own private entrance, and runs entirely on Solar power! Large fenced patio that is great for pets. We are certain you will enjoy the space just as hundreds of other guests have! -The Master bedroom features a comfortable Queen Bed with Full Bath and a Flat Screen TV. -Bed #2 is a Full size bed -The kitchenette is Not a full kitchen. It only has a mini-fridge, microwave, a hot plate/toaster oven, and silverware -The suite has Fast WiFi, Netflix & Hulu -The neighborhood is older but safe and centrally located -This suite is completely private and has a private entrance -The only space you will share with the host is the driveway House-trained PETS welcome! $10.00 Pet Fee, Per Pet (If you are bringing a pet, please let us know before booking so that we can send you a special offer that will include the pet fee). CHECK-IN is after 4:00 pm CHECK-OUT is at 11:00 am Guests will have all the privacy they need but we are promptly available when needed. The suite is attached to the main house but separated by two DOORS THAT STAY LOCKED AT ALL TIMES during your stay. Also, the HOUSE IS LOCATED ON A MAIN STREET AND IT CAN GET BUSY DURING RUSH HOUR (rush hour is usually between 8-10am and 3-5pm); however, its location also makes it convenient to stores, banks, hospital, clinics, schools, colleges, and restaurants. For safety purposes, there are security cameras, outside, facing the driveway and the backyard.
