This is a prvt basement studio w separate entry! Very Clean! Totally renovated in 2020. Stylish and light filled. Located just steps away from highly seeked Montclair uptown shpping & entertainment area with many great restaurants! Situated between two parks as well as two train stations going to NYC. Kitchen has a full size fridge, hotplate, mcrwave, toaster oven, rice maker, slow cooker,ninja juicer, Keurig & nespresso mchine, kettle. Use of outdoor area. Drvwy prking. Quite, safe neighborhd. For our guests we will be providing daily keurig coffee pods, some condiments and dry pantry items such as pasta, rice, oatmeal, cereals. This unit has low ceiling. Overall 6 feet 1 inches high but no more low beam! Fully renovated in 2020. There are no carpeted area to keep a high hygiene standards. We follow all the safety guide lines for Covid-19. Heating and cooling system is independent from rest of the house provided by split ac unit with remote control. Bathroom has radiant floor heating system and towel drying rack. Large shower area with rain shower and glass sliding door. Work station with large table. Fast Wi-Fi. 58" Samsung smart TV with cable. Lots of amenities in the kitchen. Use of laundry with coordination with the host. Garment steamer. Plenty of sanitizing and disinfecting products will be available for our guests for their use and safety. Guests can use the back yard including sitting and dining area. Laundry room use is ok but it has to be coordinated with the host. I will be around if you have any questions or need anything. Other wise I will respect your privacy and give you your space. We have a Shiba-Inu breed dog. He is very skittish and he wont get close to you but maybe bark a few times:) The trick is dont look into his eyes directly, he might even come close and sniff you. Our house is few minutes to two pretty parks on a very quite and safe street. There is a Acme grocery shop in 5 min walking distance. Starbucks, Cold-stone, Dunkin Donuts, pizza places all kind of restaurants just you name it all around walking distance. If you are a Whole Foods regular that is a 10 min drive to downtown Montclair. You will find a pile of flyer's in your room that I collected for you from local eatery. Most of them have take outs or delivery and many have outdoor dining. 15 miles to Newark Airport! There are no shortage of buses and trains for transportation if you dont have a car. Two train stations for NYC just 15 min walk. Bus stops are also easy walk. You will be accessing your studio thru the wooden side gate to the back door. I will welcome you when you arrive and meet you outside. Due to the pandemic I wont be coming in to show you the studio as I used to but you can always call me once you settle in to ask any questions if you have. Doors have coded locks so you dont need a key. Looking forward to host you a great stay!
