Walkout basement w/Patio space!

**Please read: Walkout sunny 1000 sqft basement available to use. Bedroom has some closet space, nightstand, shelf, and King size bed. Bathroom has tub/shower, sink, toilet(with bidet). Living room has a sleeper-couch(full sized), a full couch and loveseat, pub-style table, desk, and full table. Computer, projector and movies for use (instructions included) Games on bookcase and workout equipment in basement may be used. Outdoor patio with seating options for enjoying the scenery. **This will tell you about our space. Please read** We live in a quiet neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac. Minutes from all major highways and shopping. (Closest major cross-street: Republic/Golden) The space was originally used as a mother-in-law apartment. It gets the best sun, while maintaining a great level of privacy. The space is completely private from our living space. The door to upstairs remains locked during guest’s stay. Our family of 4 live upstairs. We try to be considerate of guests, however you can and should expect normal family noises. Please keep this in mind when considering our space. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. The back is fenced in for our dogs. We let them out first thing in the morning and before bed at night. Oh, and they are (Website hidden by Airbnb) they will bark. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation. Our animals do not have access to the AirBnB space. We keep them out. They(especially the cats) will try to convince you that they can go in the basement (Website hidden by Airbnb) NOT believe them. They are liars! ;) The entire basement is yours to use. *****Please note the pictures of our space. You and any guests should have the ability to maneuver cement stairs with NO railing, to open/close gate while on stairs, walk on cement in all forms of weather (including precipitation and snow/ice).***** The outside lower level patio including all chairs , tables and gliders are yours to share with our family and pets. There is a walking trail around our division (1.3miles). Follow the sidewalk and enjoy the scenery. We can socialize to your comfort level. Introvert, extrovert we’ve got both covered! We will visit with you, or give you your space. We let you decide. The easiest way to communicate with us is through the AirBnB app. For your safety and ours the property is monitored by RING cameras, video recording, and the ability to hear/speak. The RING is outside and monitors the entrance and back patio. We live at the end of the street on a quiet cul-de-sac in the SW side of Springfield, MO. When you look out from our backyard you see a cow field, easement space and the walking trail, and can almost forget you’re in a neighborhood. Our neighborhood has a paved walking trail around the whole perimeter for walking, biking, etc. (1.3mile) If you want to go anywhere else you’ll need a vehicle or taxi/uber and some sort of GPS for directions to locations to visit. We live a few minutes from many major highways and most destinations are within 20 minutes drive. This is a completely smoke-free/Tobacco free space. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises (this includes outside and anywhere on our property) Thank you for respecting our wishes.
