Historical loft apartment with beautiful floors, and brick walls with character that cannot be duplicated. The apartment has a cozy bedroom, full kitchen, living room, bathroom, 2 TV's (living room and bedroom) with hundreds of FREE channels, FREE WiFi, washer and dryer and other amenities to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is above an insurance office and shares the 2nd level of the building with 5 other apartments. There is a staircase to access the apartment. The living room window overlooks the railways. The train can be heard from the apartment, but there are two double pane windows to lessen the noise. Guest have private access to the full loft apartment. I will be available at all times for a phone call for questions/needs. There is always someone close by for any needed items. Our loft is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Dalton with local restaurants, brewery and bars all within one block of the apartment. Stroll down the sidewalks to explore Dalton's antique and boutique shopping just steps away as well as an art emporium! We are located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and a visitor center. We are 2 miles to the nearest hospital or walk in clinic. 4 miles to Dalton State College and 5 miles to Northwest Georgia Convention Center. Dalton is nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains and is known as the Carpet Capital of the world. A visit to Dalton offers a vast array of options for a unique experience. If you love anything outdoors we are minutes away from hiking, kayaking or scenic walking trails (Disney Trail, Haig Mill Lake and many more). If you just want a quiet getaway with options for shopping, dining and the arts, all are nearby and within steps. If you love history, the Cheif Vann house is a 20 minute drive and the historic Western and Atlantic Railroad Tunnel and Heritage Center is a 15 minute drive.
