"The Porch" Your cozy home away from home!

Welcome to The Porch! Ready for a mini vacation, or just a place to hang out at, or work from? You are most welcome here! . This cozy cabin is very flexible and user friendly! It is private to only your group! The downstairs with all it offers, is for one or two person rentals. The upstairs is fully available if your group is more than two. This building is in the backyard of our home, which you can see listed on our Airbnb site, Other info is listed there also! Info book is in room! You will find the place has plenty of peace and quite. A large yard, a long driveway, and a huge packing lot, and an additional driveway almost to your door. The entire building is yours, meaning no one else is in the building at the same time. It has a key pad door lock for easy entry. Solar light brighten your way! While you are at our place, you are only 20 minutes from Mt. Monadnock, the most climbed Mt. in the USA. Also, plenty of other hiking and great views, small villages. 1.5 Hours to the beach, 2.5 hrs. to the White Mountains, 1.5 hrs to Boston. There is a keypad code you will be given, along with self check in information after you book! The entire building is yours and only yours during your stay with us! Most often we are available, and once you book I give you my text number so there is never a problem reaching me! I love to socialize, but this is your time so you are free to be private, or you can look us up! Our neighborhood is made up of mostly friends! They are good people and you can feel safe to take walks. There is a gravel country road with little traffic across the road from our driveway if you prefer that. Our little village of New Ipswich, is about 2 miles away. There is great pizza, a good cafe, coffee, a gas station, small grocery store, Dollar General, but not too much else! Just peace and quiet! With a car there is so much to be seen and explored. We have a book in your room that will explain in detail more of these things. As I noted in the space section, you are close to lots of outdoor activities and sight seeing. You will get more information in the booklet that will be in your room, or by asking your host! Our place is out in the country so there is no public transport. It is fine to walk for exercise, but it is too far to walk to any place of business. Without a car, this place is not for you! Sorry! You are free to come and go as you wish, both day and night. No one will be bothered if you have to arrive late for whatever reason. While our yard is VERY private... you can't see any other houses in the summertime.... (and not really in the winter except barely through some trees).... it is not so remote that you have to feel unsafe! You can feel free to sit outside, go for walks, etc.
