Quaint, Private, Cottage

This is located on a working citrus ranch, if you like the sounds of the country this place will be your resting place. This is the entire small cottage, with one area that is the dining and kitchen and couch, a bathroom, and a separate bedroom, 2 air-up mattresses, also a tent, if you choose to pitch it:)) Use of all 800 square feet, kitchen,bath and bedroom. Lots of parking, use of washer and dryer is available. We have two air mattresses and two sleeping bags and also a tent if you want to pitch it. There is ample parking space. The full area surrounding the cottage is available for your use. There is wood for the fire pit. SMOKING ONLY OUTSIDE PLEASE:)) This cottage is at the end of the road, when the road dead-ends you will see an Airbnb sign, look to the right, you will see a gate with another sign, follow the arrows and it will take you right to the cottage. We are about 6 miles from the small town of Exeter and Woodlake. We area 35 min drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park:)) We are a nice 5 miles to Kaweah lake We are a working ranch. We are not a perfect ranch.... we have dust and dirt and bugs.... we are up early in the mornings, you will hear the sounds of peacocks and dogs and other birds we have on the ranch. We have little things that will make your stay more enjoyable and be able to get a little glimpse into this citrus ranch. We go to farmers markets in the area, so we will have some of our fresh things for you at times, as a little bonus for you. Our fresh squeezed orange juice in season, our fresh eggs, and our honey:))
