Wouldn't you want a place of your own, while you are visiting Fairmont, Clarksburg or Morgantown? Two bedrooms, one bath. Queen size bed, 2 single beds. Cable, A/C, wireless internet. Full size, eat-in kitchen, with large living room/dining room. Private entrance. This is a fully furnished 1200 square foot apartment with private entrance. You need only bring your change of clothing. Full size kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all utensils, etc. This space has high ceilings and dormer windows. It is on the third floor and accessed via stairs. Sorry the apartment is in a private residence and has no elevator. Pricing is for 1-2 people, with extra fee for any over 2. Discounts given for singles that are here for several weeks or months for business. We live here. We occupy the first and second floor. You may have access to the front and back porches and yard. There is a small fish pond in the rear of the property. You may park at grade in the driveway at the rear of the house, or there is also street side parking at the curb. We will be available when you check-in. We will leave you written directions and locations of nearby shopping. The neighborhood is part of the Historic Fleming-Watson Historic district. Walkable neighborhood. Beautiful trees and houses. There is public transportation in Fairmont, however, you would have to walk 2 blocks to the main road, Fairmont Ave. to access it. Please no smoking in the apartment.
