The perfect place to stretch out and relax, or get married! (see pics of Kyle & Kristina - they got Married at Drakewood Farm) Books, games, basketball hoop, and ample runaround area for kids. Guest area has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; living room w/sectional sofa, Netflix, eat-in kitchen, playroom w/ping-pong table, craft table and large deck overlooks 1.5 acres. 25 min drive time to the airport or downtown Nashville. Owner has dog on premises & maintains separate suite w/own entrance. Very safe neighborhood, including police officers, firemen and a Council person who all live on our street. Space is only rented to one occupant/couple/family at a time, so no sharing a bathroom or living space with strangers. We have a lovable "Tennessee Brown Dog" that will sometimes be on the deck or in the shared back yard. Access/use of living room, kitchen, playroom, deck, yard, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guests will be emailed a door code to access the property 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests can arrive any time after 12 noon, up to 6 pm. Checkout is 1:00 pm. I will be available 24/7 prior to and during your stay. If any issues arise, I will take care of everything quickly and efficiently. Our property location in Goodlettsville is just off the 65 Interstate (exit 98). The town has 8+ antique stores in area, local shopping, farmers market and no traffic to speak of. Uber and Lyft drivers live close by and can usually offer rides within minutes - or you can schedule a pick-up to suit your time frame. There’s an additional single sofa bed in the playroom (finished basement) where the ping-pong table is. If you choose to explore or play in the backyard, please be aware of the following. We are located in a "country area" just outside of Nashville and we have lots of trees, a creek and nature's usual inhabitants - some of which are birds, squirrels, ground hogs, skunks, crayfish and raccoons. Although the lawns are green and beautiful, there are inconsistencies in the terrain so closed shoes should be worn in the backyard and stepping carefully is strongly advised.
