This cute little BASEMENT studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Provo. It's in a restored home, but this little baby was ripped literally to the foundation walls (even the studs were replaced!). It is brand new in every way! *PLEASE NOTE: While this suite can sleep 3, on VRBO, we do not accept bookings for more than 2 people. BASEMENT (6 steps down) Bed arrangements: •Master Bedroom: Queen bed •Living room: twin sleeper sofa •4 window provide plenty of light when curtains are open •Fully equipped kitchen •AC/HEAT •Fiber Optic internet and office with desk •Approx 230 sq ft •Coin operated laundry in building •Off-street parking •Flat screen TV with DVD and Free Netflix (no cable) •Hairdryer/coffeemaker/iron •Linen service for long term stays Guest access: This is a completely private suite. We have a coin-operated laundry in the building. High speed internet is FREE. Free Netflix is also provided. We do not have extended cable (we only have basic stations). Interaction with guests: We're always available if you need anything! I'm only a call, text or email away! I'm available all day from about 8am-8pm and for emergencies only during the night.
