Vintage 1910 Farmhouse

Our Vintage Farmhouse was built in 1910. We've taken great care to restore the home the three story water tower, now a guest house, the old carriage house and grounds to something we want to share and believe most all will enjoy. Welcome to our vintage Farmhouse! You can walk to Dancing Coyote Winery & Tasting Room (1/4 mile), bike to several fabulous wineries just 1 mile from the Farmhouse, bike to Woodbridge (2 miles) for fabulous steaks and Mexican food or relax on our fabulous patio and enjoy sipping a bottle of wine around an outdoor fire! Feel free to pick fruit from our various fruit trees on the property. We fell in love with this old house from the moment we walked in. The farmhouse has undergone foundation restoration, new electrical wiring and plumbing, new interior paint and fixtures as well as patch repair; we continue to make improvements each year. Our next major project is window restoration, new exterior paint and basement wine cellar. For now however, we hope your guests will enjoy the work which has been done to turn this 1910 farmhouse into something everyone can enjoy. Please treat our home with respect as we still live here part time. If you spill something, break something, see something that is in need of repair or have any suggestions, please let us know. We want to make this a home to remember. During your stay you will be surrounded by cherry orchards and vineyards. The Farmhouse is on just under 2 acres and securely gated with your own private entrance. Guests will be able to access all of the home. If the water tower is rented, guests may share the patio. All rooms in the main house are private and will be used only by those guests renting the Farmhouse only. The outdoor bath and shower located under the balcony of the water tower will be used by guests of the water tower only. We are always available by phone, 24 hours a day. Our home is located in the heart of the Lodi Appellation, home to some fabulous wine. While you feel far from the hustle and bustle of the city, Sacramento 25 miles to the north and Lodi, 5 miles to the South, you are just a short drive to some fabulous wineries, restaurants and shopping. Be sure to visit old town Lodi on School Street for boutique shopping, gourmet food, wine tasting and hand crafted brews. Bike riding into the small town of Woodbridge just two miles from the house for Mexican food at the Cactus, steaks or burgers at Woodbridge Crossing or renting a kayak from Headwaters at Lodi Lake are a great way to get around. Alternatively, Uber and Lyft are available at all times if you are visiting a winery or want a hassle free way to visit the fabulous downtown. Guests will be given a code to enter on the push button key pad of the back door of the farmhouse. There is a code to enter at the main gate to enter the property. You will be given a password for WIFI also.
