Kids and family friendly. Owner lives on 1st floor. If you need services, I respond quickly. Otherwise, I will respect your privacy. What is provided: Soaps, shampoos, towels, complete basic ingredients, filtered drinking/cooking water. Beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom with high end appliances. NOTE that the 3rd “bedroom” is small 8ft x 8ft with a futon bed. Laundry washer and dryer in basement. Owner is available to help anytime. This place is 15 minutes from Boston. Staying here let you take advantage of the Boston life, and, yet, allow you to stay in a safe and quiet town. Riverside Train Station is nearby, if you don't want to drive into Boston. Commuter rail is 0.25 miles away and take you to downtown in 15 minutes. Private front and back door locks are key pad access.
