Our spacious, comfortable apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood situated three miles from the heart of town. You'll have 1,000 square feet of luxurious comfort all to yourself. This full basement apartment has free parking (2-car max) a private entrance and a spacious patio overlooking a beautifully landscaped private yard. In the springtime you'll get to see and smell the Magnolia blossoms, our state flower as well as pink and white camellias, blue hydrangeas and other pops of color. In the fall/winter you'll be dazzled by the majestic Holly all decked out in its coat of red berries. You'll have easy check-in with keyless pad entry. Security system for your peace of mind. No parties allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. 1 luxurious king size bed, 1 comfy queen sleeper sofa and two single rollaway beds. One bedroom, living room/dining room open floor plan, full bathroom, laundry area and kitchenette. Free Wifi and cable TV You'll have great access via private parking area for two cars. (No more than two cars allowed on the property) Easy keypad entry. Spacious private patio. Shared access to garden/yard area. I live on-site and available if you need me. I love to interact with my guests and offer inside stories about my beautiful hometown. However, the amount of interaction is totally up to each guest and what makes you comfortable.
