Cozy Covington Storefront!

We would love for you to stay in this newly renovated grocery store from the mid 1800's! The open front room is spacious yet cozy and great for groups of people. It has a dining table that seats 8, a wet bar, and tons of cozy areas cuddle in and watch TV on the 65" smart TV. We truly love this space! In the back of the apartment there is a full kitchen to prepare meals for you and your guests and a bedroom with a memory foam mattress and desk (if you feel like working!) There is dedicated offstage parking behind the house. I am right around the corner so shoot me a message and I can come over. The neighborhood is quiet while being close enough to walk to Covington's restaurants! The neighborhood is very walkable and Uber/Lyft are really easy to get. If you bring your car you can park off street! EVENTS/GATHERINGS - We built this space to entertain and if you would like to have people over we ask: 1. Let us know in advance, there are fees for additional guests not on the reservation and anything that is not approved in advance will not be allowed. We are very strict on this policy. If this policy is violated you and your guests will have to leave and no refund will be issued. 2. No guests are allowed in the house if they are not on the reservation or approved in advance. The maximum amount of people that can stay the night is limited to 4 people. 3. No smoking in the house. If you or any of your guests smoke in the house there will be a fee (loss of the $300 security deposit) to have the odor removed from the house. 4. Quiet after 10pm - Please be respectful of the other people in the building; no screaming, loud music, etc after 10pm. Please note there are security cameras on the front and back door.
