This private room is ideal for 2 guests. It has a shared main entrance to a private room on the Lower level. If you are taller than 6ft in height this apartment may not accommodate you well as it is on the lower level. It has a shared shower, one queen size bed, wifi. There is a fee of $25 per additional guest. Also $25 for pet. Homeowner lives on the 1st floor. I have 2 additional bedrooms on floor available upon request. Guests have their complete privacy in private bedrooms and will have my contact number for any questions or concerns as I also live on premises. My home is 10 minutes away from some of the best Caribbean food in Queens NYC as featured on Chef Marcus Samuelsons episode of No Passport Required! There is also 7-11, Burger King, and Dunkin Donuts within a 5 minute walking distance. We are 15 minutes drive to Green Acres Mall and 6 minutes from JFK Airport. Close to transportation and amenities. Local buses Q6/Q7 (3-4 minute walk) will take you to the A, E, F, J, & Z trains. (30-40 Minutes to NYC). Located right off the conduit and belt parkway. It is literally a 6 minute drive to JFK airport and a 21 minute drive to Laguardia Airport Early check in/late check out and luggage drop off available for an additional fee.
